What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat with you, a bottle of water and a blanket for relaxation.
If you’re attending pregnancy yoga classes you may wish to bring a cushion with you as well for comfort and support.
What should I wear to class?
Loose, comfortable clothing is best. You want to feel as comfortable as possible so you can relax and enjoy the class.
Can I eat a heavy meal before class?
I would recommend eating at least an hour before class so you are not performing yoga on a full stomach.
I have never done yoga before, how will I know if I like it?
Before signing up to any of my classes or courses I always encourage you to watch a few of my yoga videos on the Yoga Three60 You Tube Channel so you can see if you enjoy my style of teaching and the yoga we practice before making any further commitment.
