Mum and baby yoga classes are a wonderful way for you and your baby to spend time together and bond whilst supporting your postnatal recovery.

Baby yoga aids your baby’s brain development and sense of co-ordination balance and sensory and motor skills whilst postnatal yoga helps you reconnect with your body and regain strength through safe and gentle yoga postures (asanas) and breathing practices (pranayama).

I hold warm, friendly and relaxed classes and hope to promote enjoyment, trust and bonding with your baby through the stimulation of touch, movement and rhythm.

The classes are a wonderful way to attune to your baby’s needs, to have fun together whilst also enable you to look after your wellbeing and meet other new mums too.

Each class includes yoga for you, your baby, a relaxation and at the end some tea, cake and a chinwag with the group.

My postnatal classes are for new mums and babies from 3 months of age until ~ 9-12 months / when your little one is crawling. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.
