If you are pregnant and looking for a relaxing yoga classes to take some time out, look after yourself and meet other mums-to-be then you’ll love our pregnancy yoga classes.

In each class we explore a variety of asanas (physical postures) with a focus on pranayama (breath awareness leading to breath and energy control) to loosen up the body, release tension and allow you to relax your mind, body and spirit in a safe, friendly and supportive group.

The classes are held in a small, nurturing environment and aim to support you throughout your pregnancy, ease any pregnancy tension and help prepare you for labour and the birth of your baby.

Pregnancy classes are suitable for any expecting mother and no previous experience of yoga is necessary.
